Before moving into AI automation, I ran my own bespoke carpentry business. Like most trade owners, I found myself working twice - once on site during the day, and again at my desk all evening. I was buried in quotes, invoices, and follow-ups.

To reclaim my time, I began building custom automation tools to handle my admin. I didn't want a generic software package; I wanted a system that followed my logic and worked while I was on-site.

The results were immediate. I stopped losing leads, billed faster, and cleared the administrative drag that was stifling my growth. I started implementing these same systems for other trades I knew, and the impact was the same across the board. Eventually, I took the leap of faith to do this full-time.
